Here are my goals (which may be updated throughout the year) as I see them now.
- Train for and run Marine Corps Marathon! - I will train for MCM this year. Any other races I do, will be only as part of my training. I have one focus this year and this is it! Everything will hopefully support this goal!
- Stick with a healthy diet to fuel this running habit!
- Make significant progress on my dissertation without sacrificing my health and fitness! - This is probably the hardest goal for me because it involves a huge commitment and balancing act!
